Every Picture Tells a Story (grades K–4)
Good stories aren’t found only in the pages of books. In this session, students learn to discover stories in the shapes, lines, colors, and people and objects depicted in works of art.

Maine Experience (grades 4–8)
For generations, artists have been drawn to and inspired by Maine. Students examine a selection of artworks depicting Maine or created by Maine artists. What do these works tell us about the world around us? How has Maine inspired these works?

Repurpose, Interrogate, Reimagine (grades 9–12)
Students look at artworks that repurpose, interrogate, or reimagine one story to tell a new, different, or more complex story.
