Honorees

Artist Katherine Bradford stands in her studio, smiling and resting her hands on the back of a worn, white upholstered armchair. The word "FREE" is painted in red across the top of the chair's backrest. In the background, one of her large-scale paintings is visible, depicting two abstracted figures standing in water against a dark blue night sky. The studio features original hardwood floors and a white wall, capturing a bright, creative environment.

Barbara L. Alfond and Theodore B. Alfond

A full-length photo of Barbara and Ted Alfond smiling together in an outdoor plaza. Ted, on the left, wears a bright blue quarter-zip pullover, tan trousers, and dark sneakers. Barbara, on the right, wears a long-sleeved, patterned dress in white and teal, carrying a pink handbag. They stand before the Grand Egyptian Museum, which features a massive, modern sloped wall behind them decorated with hieroglyphics and triangular patterns. Other visitors are visible in the background of the wide, stone-paved courtyard.
